Shaping a better Future

At Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center (BNDCC), sustainability is more than a commitment — it is embedded in every aspect of our operations. We integrate environmentally responsible practices that reduce impact while enhancing the delegate experience, ensuring every business event contributes to a greener future.

Energy Efficiency

BNDCC is designed with sustainability at its core, featuring LED lighting throughout the venue, a double-skin facade for passive cooling, and a smart HVAC system that optimizes energy use while ensuring comfort.

Waste Management

BNDCC promotes responsible waste practices through segregated bins for organic and non-organic waste, composting for organic materials, and a strong digital-first approach to reduce paper use. Wherever possible, we prioritize locally sourced materials for decoration and operations to reduce transport emissions

Water Conservation

Our commitment to water stewardship includes a Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), grey water recycling for garden irrigation, and Reverse Osmosis filtration systems to provide cleaner, safer water across the venue.

Food & Catering

Sustainability extends to our culinary operations, where 70% of ingredients are sourced locally and organically, plastic packaging is eliminated, and surplus food is redistributed through food bank partnerships.

Transportation Access

To support low-carbon mobility, BNDCC provides electric vehicle and EV charging stations powered by energy-efficient systems. Nusa Dua’s pedestrian-friendly design further enhances sustainable access with safe cycling lanes and walking paths for delegates.

Education & Community Engagement

We actively participate in reef and mangrove planting initiatives, beach conservation and cleaning programs, and other community-based sustainability projects that preserve Bali’s unique natural heritage for generations to come.
