23–25 September 2026 | Borneo Convention Centre Kuching (BCCK), Sarawak, Malaysia
The AVA Kuching Summit was held from 23 to 25 September 2026 in Kuching, Sarawak, bringing together AVA members engagement, industry exploration, community initiatives, and cultural experiences.
The programme commenced with member’s representatives at the Business Events Sarawak 20th Anniversary Dinner, recognising two decades of contributions to the development and advancement of Sarawak’s business events industry.
A key highlight was the AVA Kuching Summit and site inspection at Borneo Convention Centre Kuching (BCCK). The visit provided an opportunity to explore the venue’s facilities and capabilities in supporting conferences, meetings, and other business events.
As part of the summit’s commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR), a book donation initiative was carried out at Pustaka Negeri Sarawak. The initiative reflected the importance of supporting knowledge-sharing, literacy, and access to educational resources within the community.
The programme also included a Kuching city tour and a visit to the Borneo Cultures Museum, offering participants an opportunity to discover Sarawak’s diverse cultural heritage, history, and traditions.
We extend our sincere gratitude to BCCK Sarawak for hosting the summit and also to BE Sarawak, Pustaka Negeri Sarawak and all stakeholders for their support and contributions in making the summit meaningful and memorable.
