The 17th Indonesian Association of Orthodontists (IAO) Annual Meeting was held on 19-21 September 2024 and was officially opened by the Chairman of the IAO 17th Annual Meeting and the Chairman of the Central Board of the Indonesian Orthodontists Association (IKORTI) and attended by more than 950 participants from across Indonesia.
The theme of this year’s IAO Annual Meeting Orthodontic Conference was “Embracing the Latest Contemporary Approaches in Multidisciplinary Orthodontics”. The event had a diverse agenda, including scientific programs, practicums, poster presentations, orthodontic exhibitions and a gala dinner. It featured international speakers from 10 countries.
The Indonesian Association of Orthodontists (IAO) is the only professional organization of orthodontists recognized in Indonesia and internationally. The organization aims to advance the science of orthodontics, support continuing education, and uphold ethical standards and professionalism in the field of orthodontics.
