The 19th Indonesian Congress of Obstetrics and Gynecology (KOGI)

The 19th Indonesian Congress of Obstetrics and Gynecology (KOGI) was held from 17 to 23 July 2025, bringing together 3,000 delegates from across the nation. The congress carrying theme: “Advancements in Maternal and Reproductive Health through Technology, Digital Innovations, and Education.” This theme reflects the collective commitment of OBGYN specialists to addressing the evolving challenges and opportunities in maternal and reproductive health. Technology, digital innovation, and education are recognized as key pillars for enhancing healthcare quality, expanding access, and driving impactful outcomes across society. Through close collaboration
among professionals, academics, and practitioners, this congress fostered confidence in the shared ability to bring about meaningful improvements in maternal and reproductive health services throughout Indonesia.

The 19th KOGI also served as a pivotal platform for sharing knowledge, experiences, and the latest research findings. It featured distinguished speakers from Indonesia and abroad, who addressed a wide range of topics-from the application of artificial intelligence to innovative approaches in medical education. These sessions offered fresh
insights and practical inspiration for application in the OBGYN field. In addition, the congress provided a valuable opportunity to strengthen professional networks, encourage interdisciplinary collaboration, and develop strategic action plans to improve the quality and reach of maternal and reproductive healthcare services in Indonesia.
