The Hospital Management Asia (HMA) 2024 started with an Opening Ceremony on 28 August 2024 and officially opened by the President of the Indonesian Private Hospitals Association, Drg. Iing Ichsan Hanafi, following welcome remarks from Prof. Dr. Dante Saksono Harbuwono, Vice Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia. The event was attended by over 1,200 participants from across the Asia Pacific region.

HMA features a diverse agenda, including sessions on Quality & Safety, Leading Through Change, the CIO Summit, Patient Experience, Nursing, and a Hospital Tour, covering topics such as healthcare quality improvement, risk management, healthcare technology, and hospital business strategies. It also provides invaluable networking opportunities for healthcare professionals to exchange ideas with their peers globally.

The conference continued on 29 August 2024 with the Gala Dinner & Awards Ceremony, officially opened by Richard Ireland, CEO of Clarion Events, and graced by the presence of Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno, Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy.
As an annual event, HMA is dedicated to enhancing the management capabilities of hospitals and healthcare facilities throughout Asia, supporting hospital owners, executives, physicians, and leaders in improving outcomes and efficiency in the healthcare sector.
