Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center (BNDCC) has hosted 150 children from Rumah Asuh Bina Inspirasi at its annual event of Buka Puasa Bersama (breaking the fast) in the holy month of Ramadhan, together with all 200 team members on 28 May 2019.

As this year’s theme “Indahnya Ramadhan, Indahnya Kebersamaan, Indahnya Berbagi” (The beauty of Ramadhan, the joyful of togetherness, the happiness of sharing),  and to make this year’s event more memorable for the children, they were treated to a sumptuous breaking fast spread with an exciting Indonesian menu of Taliwang roast chicken, fried fish, lamb stew, fried nooddle, not to mentioned tajil (refreshing sweets served as starter for breaking the fast), salads and desserts. The young guests also brought home goody bags containing sajadah (prayer rug) and a small token of donation.

According to Ust. Istanto, the chairman of Rumah Asuh Bina Inspirasi, it is a very warm feeling that BNDCC always remember to reach out to the underprivileged. “It is an honor for us to be able to break the fast with BNDCC employees and we are very grateful that BNDCC has welcomed us and share all the joy of Ramadhan in this togetherness.”
