G20 – 3rd FCBD and 3rd FMCBG Meeting

The G20 Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors (FMCBG) Meeting was officially held as a hybrid event on 15-16 July 2022, preceded by the 3 rd Finance and Central Bank Deputies (FCBD) Meeting on 13-14 July 2022 at Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center.
The 3rd FMCBG meeting was attended by 19 Finance Ministers, 11 Central Bank Governors and 407 foreign delegations attending in person and another 120 delegations were attend the meeting virtually.
During the high level meetings, series of side events including seminars, symposiums, dialogues, green economy exhibitions and SME exhibitions were also held as part of events series in Indonesia’s G20 Presidency.
Indonesia’s G20 Presidency continues to evoke the spirit of multilateralism at the G20 3rd FMCBG which is the final meeting in finance track by facilitating and providing full support for the main G20 agenda. In carrying the spirit of recover together with the theme “Recover Together, Recover Stronger”, Indonesia chose this theme since the world is currently under pressure due to the COVID-19 pandemic, requiring joint and inclusive efforts in finding solutions for recovery.
The G20 consists of 19 countries and 1 region, namely: Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, People’s Republic of China, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Republic of Korea, Mexico, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States, and the European Union.
Indonesia’s Presidency began on 1 December 2021, leading up to the summit in the fourth quarter of 2022.
