The 13th International Hospitality, Food & Beverage Trade Exhibition in Eastern Indonesia was held in Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center (BNDCC) on March 6th to 8th 2024. This event is the largest trade event of its kind in East Indonesia.

Food, Hotel, Tourism Bali (FHTB) 2024 was held to facilitate the business opportunities of retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and owners of hospitality businesses to meet with local and international suppliers from various countries who is exhibiting their latest innovation and technology in products and services.

The three-days exhibition was held in the attendance of more than 300 companies to showcase exclusive products and services from various categories such as food service and equipment, coffee, wine & spirit, product packaging, and culinary delights. This year exhibition was also featured with the MURI record breaking attempt of 1,000 cocktails in 10 minutes with the participation of 100 Indonesia’s top bartenders.

Multiple workshops, competitions, and enlightening talk shows were also held in the exhibition to give transformative solution to the eagerly exploring customers who demands high quality products. Through this occasion, attendees could discover the emerging trends, gain insights from hospitality & culinary experts, meet potential business partners, fostering collaborations, and immerse in the innovative strategies provided by the exhibitors in the hospitality industry.

As sustainability was encouraged and emphasized in this event, responsible practices was done by all brands who participated to reduce the overall waste generated by the exhibition. Some of the practices includes using eco-friendly booth materials, recycled carpets, and using renewable energy to reduce carbon footprint. Furthermore, since the event aims to influence greener hospitality businesses hence seminar sessions on food waste issues was also provided.
