The 2021 International Convention on Indonesian Upstream Oil and Gas (IOG 2021), was held in two days of 29 November to 1 December on a hybrid basis, is the largest convention for Indonesia’s largest upstream oil and gas industry. This second year’s event has the theme Progressing Toward Road to 1 Million BOPD and 12 BSCFD. The convention is a continuation of the 2020 implementation, which is to support the vision of the upstream oil and gas industry in 2030 to achieve the oil production target of 1 million barrels of oil per day (BOPD) and gas production of 12 billion standard cubic feet per day (BSCFD) in 2030.
The convention was officially opened by President Republic of Indonesia whom represented by Coordinating Minister of Maritime and Investments Luhut B. Panjaitan and attended by 225 participants joined in person and of more than 11.000 joined virtually.
